Becoming a Mistress is set in beautiful
surroundings following a couple embarking on an
adulterous affair. Whilst many will feel that this
is a controversial subject in itself, I believe it
happens to be a fact of life, no matter what the
general opinion is.
Mike and Hope are portrayed as individuals that know
what they want and need and this is executed well.
Becoming a Mistress was a delight to read but
despite the passionate liaisons between the pair, I
did feel that the narrative lacked punch. However,
this is my only gripe in an otherwise enjoyable
experience.

Becoming a Mistress is a fast enjoyable read that
left me wanting more. Hope and Mike are combustible
and I was very impressed with Ms. Blaine’s ability
to give us such a sense of a relationship growing
between these two people in such a short read.
The day Hope and Mike meet and spend at the
beach, I felt as if I’d spent the entire day with
them rather than a few paragraphs. The sex isn’t
explicit but very steamy and lots of it and all I
can say is that I’m glad Ms. Blaine has written a
sequel to this story because I’m really looking
forward to finding out happened to Hope and Mike
after she becomes his mistress.

Destiny Blaine pens a short
delightful story about a young woman who wants no attachments, and a
man who is need of some real companionship. The circumstances of the
Doctor's life are not Hope's concern, but what he offers in a "no
strings attached" relationship are a definite possibility for her. She
has been burned, and is not looking for permanence. Mike is taken, but
apparently looking for a mistress. Becoming a Mistress is a creative
and inventive story that could be the prelude of something big. Will
we ever find out? Well I have to tell you I liked this short very
much. Becoming a Mistress is definitely a "whet your whistle read,"
and will have you looking for more from Ms Blaine.

Ms. Blaine has done it again! A wonderful and
suspense filled read to keep you gasping in shock.
Hope is a woman scorned and Ms. Blaine gives her the
perfect form of revenge. I was shocked by the amount
of passion Mike shows towards Hope and anyone
involved with her. Ms. Blaine takes us to the edge
of obsession and then throws us down the steep
incline on the other side. The story shows the side
of an obsessed lover that most of us are lucky
enough never to see, but we are taken there by the
words of Ms. Blaine. I will continue to watch Ms.
Blaine's writing career grow and will be reading
more of her work.

did not see it coming, and that made me love this

installment in this series continues to deliver and while the books do
stand alone, in this reviewers opinion, you will enjoy them even more
if you read each one in order. Hope and Mike have hit rough times in
their relationship and Hope turns to another man. Mike isn't taking
that lying down; he's fighting for her with everything he's got.
This quick read will keep you invested to the last page. The sex is
very hot, though not as intimate as when Hope is with Mike. As has
been the way with each of these stories, Miss Blaine has delivered a
cliff hanger ending that will definitely leave you wanting more and
soon!

TAMING A MISTRESS is
surprising with several dark and twisted elements. The sex is intense
as is the emotions that Hope wrestles with from the beginning all the
way until the very end. Hope is a woman who thought she could right
the wrongs of her life and still find happiness with Mark and Mike has
acted as the blockade to her accomplishing that.
While Karen and Paul just seem like any other couple in the beginning,
even their darker sides begin to shine through. Mike is difficult to
like from the start and he does nothing to redeem himself.
The fact that TAMING A MISTRESS is such a short book almost
disappointed this reviewer, however after reading it there was no
disappointment. Ms. Blaine packed this book with dark emotions and
left room for a follow up if she was so inclined!

right words in the right ears can send her lover off to jail, and
there is nothing Mike or Anne can do. Anne says Mike should tame his
mistress, but can Hope be tamed? Taming a Mistress is a story that
develops into something big. Will we ever find out all of what
happens? Well, again I have to tell you I liked this short very much.

have you looking the previous two shorts if you have not all ready
read them, and for more from Ms Blaine. Dare we ask the story to

This was a
wonderfully refreshing modern tale to the trials and tribulations of
love and sex and what it all boils down to. Cassie represents a
strongly independent woman who knows what she wants and even more on
how to get it. Corby is exactly the type of
man she desires and while she may still have feelings for Steve, one
can see how she did precisely what she needed to do; get over him and
get on with life. A true delight to read, I can not wait to see Ms.
Blaine’s next story.

lady! This is shaping up fast into a big ball of fun. The resources
aren't half bad either so if you are a writer, or reader, you will
want to join.
